VOV.VN - A Vietnam–China youth exchange was held in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, on February 10, bringing together around 150 young delegates from five Vietnamese localities - Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang and Cao Bang - and Guangxi of China.

Merging provinces and organising two-tier local administrations without the district-level one can generate positive results, particularly for the expansion of development space and further development vision, said former Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Dr Tran Anh Tuan.
