The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on December 5 announced an emergency international assistance package worth US$2 million to help address the severe impacts of recent flooding in central Vietnam.

The US has pledged an emergency assistance package worth US$500,000 to support Vietnam in dealing with the devastation caused by Typhoon Fengshen and Typhoon Kalmaegi.

The Australian government on May 16 through its Australian Climate Finance Partnership (ACFP), administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), granted a technical assistance package to the VinES Energy Solutions JSC (VinES).
