The Consulate General of Vietnam in Chongqing, China, has held a ceremony to mark the 76th founding anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (January 18, 1950–2026).

Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong’s attendance at the 80th anniversary of the world people’s victory over fascism and working trip to China from September 2-4 has been a success, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu told the press.

The cooperation between Vietnamese and Chinese localities is the motivation that drives the bilateral relations to a deeper and more comprehensive fashion, Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Theory Council and President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) Nguyen Xuan Thang said on February 21.
