The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) clinched the top spot in Vietnam’s 2025 Public Administration Reform Index for ministries and ministry-level agencies, scoring 95.48%, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA).

The northeastern province of Quang Ninh again secured its top place in the Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index ranking in 2023 which was announced by the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform on April 17.

Hanoi on February 20 announced the 2023 Public Administration Reform (PAR) Index of its departments, department-level agencies, and People’s Committees of districts and Son Tay township, with the Department of Home Affairs and Dong Da district taking the lead.

The northern province of Quang Ninh continued to take lead in the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) and the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR Index) in 2022, heard an online meeting of the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform on April 19.
