VOV.VN - Vietnam’s northern province of Dien Bien and three Northern Laos provinces - Phongsaly, Luang Prabang, and Udomxay - have recently signed an agreement, outlining future cooperation orientations for 2025-2027.

Representatives from the Dien Bien provincial Party Committee's inspection commission held talks with a delegation representing the Party inspection - inspectorate commissions of the Lao northern provinces of Phongsaly, Udomxay and Luang Prabang in Dien Bien Phu city on September 18.
