VOV.VN - Vietnamese and Azerbaijani diplomats have discussed ways to translate their newly upgraded strategic partnership into practical cooperation across key sectors, from trade and energy to party diplomacy and transport connectivity.

VOV.VN - Party General Secretary To Lam and President of the African National Congress (ANC) and President of the Republic of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa exchanged views on party building, cooperation frameworks, and ways to elevate Vietnam–South Africa relations in a multitude of fields during their phone talks held on April 22.

Under the Party’s leadership and the State’s management, forces in charge of foreign affairs have fulfilled their important tasks of contributing to maintaining a peaceful and stable environment at home and raising the country’s position in the international arena, a senior Party official has said.

The first National Conference on Foreign Affairs that opened in Hanoi on December 14 highlighted the combination of Party diplomacy, State diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy in the implementation of the guidelines on external affairs adopted at the 13th National Party Congress.

The Party, State and people-to-people diplomacy contributed to fulfilling goals during the tenure of the 12th National Party Congress, said head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Hoang Binh Quan.
