Head coach Park Hang-seo has finalised the roster of 23 players for the match against Malaysia in the World Cup 2022 qualifying round, according to the Vietnam Football Federation.

Both Vietnam and Malaysia kept their cards close to their chests during training sessions ahead of their 2022 World Cup qualifying game on October 10.

The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) on October 9 pledged to spare no efforts to ensure safety for Vietnam’s football fans during the Indonesia-Vietnam match in the World Cup 2022 qualifying round.
