VOV offers VND500m to Vietnam Olympic team after historic win
VOV.VN - The Voice of Vietnam (VOV) has decided to present a cash bonus of VND500 million to the Vietnam Olympic team after the national squad defeated Syria 1-0 to advance to the semifinals of the Asian Games (ASIAD) 2018.

The only goal was scored in the 108th minute by forward Van Toan, who replaced striker Cong Phuong in the 82nd minute.
Vietnam will meet the Republic of Korea in the semifinals at 4 pm on August 29. This is the first time the country has entered the semifinals of ASIAD.
