Meanwhile, Dinh Quang Kiet will make his first Asian Games appearance at ASIAD 2026. Standing at a notable height, the young central defender brings strong physical presence to the U23 squad as he joins Thuy at the forefront of the delegation during the parade.
The Vietnamese delegation travels to ASIAD 2026 with nearly 500 members, carrying firm resolve to achieve strong performances at the continent's premier sporting event. Entrusting the flag-bearing duty to Thuy and Kiet shows the spirit, aspiration, and determination of Vietnamese sports as they step onto the continental stage.
