The matches are intended to help the coaching staff assess players’ form, test lineups and improve coordination and situational decision-making under high-intensity match conditions.
According to the schedule, the ASEAN Women’s Futsal Championship 2026 will take place from February 24 to March 2 at Terminal 21 in Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand.
The draw has placed Vietnam in Group B alongside Myanmar, the Philippines and Australia. Group A includes hosts Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.
The Japan training camp and the scheduled friendlies are expected to help the Vietnam women’s futsal team complete their technical preparation, consolidate match mentality and work toward achieving strong results at the regional tournament.
