Vietnam U19 claims third at Kunming football tourney

The squad started the game in high spirits, but quickly found themselves down by one after Thailand scored first in minute 14. However, they came back in minute 34, with a goal by Minh Di to even up the game 1-1.

After that, Vietnam put two more scores on the board with a goal by Viet Cuong in minute 73 and another by Cong Minh in minute 78 for the win.

Overall, Vietnam accumulated four points at the tourney with one win, one draw and one loss, good enough for a third place finish.
