Vietnam tactics remain a secret ahead of AFF Cup clash with the Philippines

VOV.VN - The Vietnamese men’s football team took their tactical training session behind closed doors in their training session at My Dinh National Stadium on December 5 ahead of the second-leg semi-final match against the Philippines at the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018. 

The training session was held in secret with reporters only being allowed to observe the first 15 minutes.
Head coach Park Hang Seo spent a lot of time talking with the team presumably about tactics ahead of the big match on Thursday 6th of December.
The footballers were seen doing some stretches and only some light exercise under the guideline of assistant Bae Ji Won.
The Vietnamese team practiced at My Dinh National Stadium to familiarise themselves with the stadium and the pitch ahead of the match between Vietnam and the Philippines in the second-leg semi-final of the AFF Cup 2018.
Striker Van Toan still can’t train with the rest of his teammates as he’s still carrying a slight injury he got in a previous training session two weeks ago. He was seen only walking around the pitch under the supervision of a doctor.
In more positive news however Midfielder Hung Dung returned to training with his teammates on after feeling some back strain just a day earlier.
The Vietnamese teams have kept their tactics secret and will leave their opponents with no chance of knowing how they will will play. They hope to spring a surprise against their opponents.
