VOV.VN - Vietnam lost to Paraguay 1-7 on September 15 in the first round of the 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup 2016 in Colombia.

The team looked confident going into the game and gave it their all to make it to the second round, but came up far short to the stronger Paraguay squad, whom they could not out manoeuvre.

Tran Van Vu made an honourable goal for Vietnam in last minute of the match.

Vietnam next squares off with Italy on September 18.
