Thi Trang to face Cheah in Yonex quarter finals
VOV.VN - Fourth seed Vu Thi Trang of Vietnam has set up a quarter-final clash at the Yonex Sunrise Vietnam Open 2016 badminton tourney with Malaysian qualifier Soniia Su Ya Cheah.

On July 22, Trang defeated Yulia Yosephin Susanto from Indonesia 21-18, 16-21, 21-14 in 50 minutes of play to advance to the quarter finals.
Soniia Su Ya Cheah was a surprise when she upset countrywoman Yin Fun Lim 21-9, 21-18 to earn a quarter-final berth.
Meanwhile Nguyen Thuy Linh was disqualified from the tournament after losing to Cheung Ngan Yi from Hong Kong, China with scores of 5-21, 13-21.
