SLNA emerge victorious in U15 National Football Championship 2019 final
VOV.VN - Song Lam Nghe An (SLNA) FC have been crowned as the new champions of the U15 National Football Championship after recording a 3-2 win on penalties over Thanh Hoa FC at the Thong Nhat stadium on June 28.

Phan Duy Hao opened the scoring for SLNA FC in the 11th minute after receiving a pass from Dam Duc Vinh.
Hao’s strike was all that separated both teams at the end of the first half. When the teams re-emerged for the second half, the momentum of the game had shifted in favour of Thanh Hoa FC who peppered the SLNA goal throughout the remaining 45 minutes.
Their efforts were rewarded in the 50th minute as captain Nguyen Cong Son equalised for Thanh Hoa FC to level the score at 1-1.
With the final ending in a 1-1 draw, the match was then decided by a penalty shootout.
Following a tense shoot out, SLNA FC were able to emerge 3-2 winners and lifted the championship title of this year’s U15 national tournament.
