Six Vietnamese players to look out for in AFC Cup final
VOV.VN -The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) have named six Vietnamese players from both Becamex Binh Duong FC and Hanoi FC who could play a key role in the upcoming AFC Cup ASEAN Zonal finals.
Nguyen Van Quyet (Hanoi FC) During the last eight seasons forward Van Quyet has scored 100 goals in over 190 matches for Hanoi FC. During the AFC Cup semi-finals second leg at the Hang Day stadium Van Quyet bagged a goal to help Hanoi FC to a 2-1 victory over Ceres Negros of the Philippines. |
Wander Luiz (Becamex Binh Duong FC) The Brazilian striker is currently his team’s top goal scorer in the competition. |
Nguyen Quang Hai (Hanoi FC) Hai has created the most goals for Hanoi FC and is therefore leading his team for assists in this year’s AFC Cup. |
To Van Vy (Becamex Binh Duong FC) Vy is considered to be a versatile player who can play in either defence or attack. |
Doan Van Hau (Hanoi FC) Hau makes the list having played the most minutes in the tournament with 630 minutes. |
Ho Tan Tai (Becamex Binh Duong FC) Hau has played for a total of 537 minutes of AFC matches this season and is a key member of Becamex Binh Duong’s backline. |
