SEA Women's Volleyball Tournament kicks off in Vietnam
VOV.VN - The Southeast Asian (SEA) Women's Volleyball Tournament opened in the northern province of Vinh Phuc on August 3, bringing together four teams from Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and hosts Vietnam.
The tournament will consist of a total of 12 matches, with each team playing three games.
Participating teams will compete in a round-robin format, and the final rankings will ultimately be determined based on points they earn.
After the first round in Vinh Phuc province, all four teams will then travel to Thailand to compete in the second round.
Based on the results of the two qualifying rounds, the teams will then compete for the first to fourth places.
Two opening matches are scheduled to be held on the evening of August 4 with Indonesia playing Thailand and Vietnam taking on the Philippines.
All matches will be broadcast live by the Vietnam Cable Television (VTVCab).
The tournament will also be open to spectators for free.
