Sai Gon FC beat Can Tho at V.League 1
Sai Gon FC beat Can Tho 3-1 in the 20th round of the V.League 1 on July 21 at Can Tho Stadium in the southern province of Can Tho.

Sai Gon move to 11th place in the rankings with 19 points, while Can Tho fall to the bottom with 17 points.
Both sides were cautious in the first half, which finished goalless.
After the break, Can Tho’s Hoang Vissai allowed Quoc Phuong to open the scoring with a header in the 57th minute.
Can Tho fought back, but naturalised midfielder Vissai conceeded a penalty in the 71st minute,and Ngoc Duy converted for Sai Gon.
In the 77th minute, Quoc Phuong got his name on the scoresheet to make it 3-0.
Can Tho’s Wander Luiz got a late consolation.
On July 22, the 20th round will continue with Song Lam Nghe An vs Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Binh Duong vs Danang, Nam Dinh vs Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa vs Hanoi.
