Press conference: VTV Ton Hoa Sen Cup 2017
VOV.VN - The VTV international cycling tournament – Ton Hoa Sen Cup 2017 – is set to get underway September 2 in Hanoi members of the executive board told reporters at a presser on Wednesday, August 9, in Ho Chi Minh City.

The annual competition, said board members, is sponsored by Vietnam Television in collaboration with the Hoa Sen (Lotus) Group and is one of the major events celebrating National Day (September 2).
This year’s race has attracted 80 cyclists and is comprised of 14 stages covering 1,800 kilometres. It passes through numerous cities and provinces and finishes in Ho Chi Minh City on September 17.
In addition, the competition will host a wide array of fun and exciting activities and present some US$270,000 of educational supplies and bicycles to tens of thousands of students across the country during the competition.
