Oanh wins 200m gold at Thai Open
Nguyen Thi Oanh won another gold medal in the women's 200m event at the Thai Open Track and Field Championships on September 8.
Oanh took the lead with a time of 24.02sec. Her teammate Le Tu Chinh came fourth with 24.63sec.
Earlier, Oanh took the women's 100m gold medal with a time of 11.81sec, beating her previous time of 12.02 that she recorded at the 28th Southeast Asian Games in Singapore in June.
Le Hoai Phuong of Vietnam too won a gold medal in the men's 1,500m event with a time of 3:59.18.
In the men's 400m, Luong Van Thao won the bronze medal with a time of 47.68sec.
