National team set for two friendly matches against Vietnamese U22 side

VOV.VN - The Vietnamese national men’s football team are due to compete in two friendly matches against the U22 team in December to prepare for upcoming international tournaments which is set to be held in 2021.

The initial match between the two sides is scheduled to get underway at Cam Pha stadium in Quang Ninh province at 6 p.m. on December 23, with Viet Tri stadium in Phu Tho province set to host the second tie at 5 p.m. on December 27.

Acecook Vietnam will be the main sponsor of the two friendly games, according to information released at a press conference held on December 15 at the headquarters of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) in Hanoi.

The price of tickets will range from VND50,000, equal to US$2.2, to VND150,000, equivalent to US$6.6, with all proceeds to be donated to victims of flooding in the nation’s central and Central Highlands regions.
