National squad returns to Vietnam after Asian Cup exit
VOV.VN - The Vietnamese team, led by head coach Park Hang-seo, arrived at Noi Bai International Airport on January 26 following their exit from the AFC Asian Cup 2019. Upon their arrival they received a warm welcome from waiting fans.

Captain Que Ngoc Hai (R) led the national team after landing. Goalkeeper Dang Van Lam (C) said he is happy to a receive a warm welcome from the fans, and showed his sincere thanks for their support during the Asian Cup. Lam mentioned that he would enjoy the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival in Vietnam, and wished all Vietnamese people a happy and healthy Tet. |

Following their arrival, head coach Park Hang-seo will travel to the Hang Day Stadium to watch a match between Vietnam’s U22 squad and the Republic of Korea’s Ulsan FC at 5pm on January 26. |
The Vietnamese U22 players will be the focal point of the team that travels to the U22 Southeast Asian tournament and SEA Games 30. |
