National Futsal HDBank Cup 2018 kicks off in Quang Ninh
VOV.VN -The National Futsal HDBank Cup 2018 officially kicked off at the multi-purpose sports arena in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province on November 23.

| This is the second annual futsal tournament that has been jointly organised by Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF). The above photo is of delegates during the a flag saluting ceremony before the opening match. |

| In his opening address, Nguyen The Ky, VOV President and member of the Party Central Committee, said VOV wishes to support the sports industry in Vietnam with the aim of promoting the nation’s love for futsal and lifting the sport to new heights. |

| Vu Thi Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh provincial People's Committee, also gives a speech at the event. |
