Nam reaches highest career ranking
Ly Hoang Nam has jumped to a new career-high 850th in the ATP world rankings, released on August 22.
This comes in the wake of his first-round win at the Vietnam F3 Men’s Futures in Binh Duong Province last week.
His previous rank was 869th.

Nam’s teammate Nguyen Hoang Thien jumped 147 places to 1,185th rank.
Nam and Thien are placed 1,171st in the doubles rankings.
They will be among the Vietnamese players who will compete at six Men’s Futures events to be organised in Binh Duong till the end of this year.
The F4 event will be held from September 12 to 18.
