Ly Hoang Nam jumps 228 spots in ATP rankings
Vietnam’s top tennis player Ly Hoang Nam has jumped 228 spots to 701 in the men’s singles rankings in the latest Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) world rankings.
Nam won both the men’s singles and men’s doubles title at the recent Vietnam F5 Men’s Futures tennis tournament in the southern province of Binh Duong.
Nam, who won the Wimbledon boys’ doubles, aims to break the top 500 this year.
In the men’s doubles category, Nam ranks 814 in the world, while Nguyen Hoang Thien ranks 909.
