Hanoi to host Vietnam Sport Economics Forum 2024

As many as 200 delegates, including domestic and foreign experts, sporting associations, and organisers of professional sports tournaments will come together to share their experiences on issues related to the management and development of the sports economics.

They will join in three panel discussions, focusing on the legal environment for sport economic development, the economic impact of arranging major sporting events in localities, and the commercial value of organising a sport tournament.

The forum will be jointly organised by the Sports Authority of Vietnam and Vietnam Olympic Committee, with the theme of “Exploiting the potential of sport economics in the new era”.

Vietnam Sport Economics Forum was first held in 2023, aiming to create an open forum for experts to share their experiences on issues related to management and development of sports economics in Vietnam both now and in the future.
