Hanoi amateur football league to kick off
The Hanoi Premier League is scheduled to kick off on October 6 at the C500 Stadium.

The event will feature 12 amateur football teams competing in a round robin format every Sunday.
The winners will walk away with VND200 million (US$8,700), while the runners-up will receive VND40 million (US$1,700) and VND20 million (US$870).
This is the sixth edition of the annual tournament, which is the biggest grassroots football tournament in the country, with some supporters even sitting on the pitch to watch the game.The event, which will finish on December 23, will be broadcast live on VTVcab.
