Garmin Run Asia Series to debut in Hanoi in late October

VOV.VN - The Garmin Run Asia Series will be held on October 27 in Hanoi, with thousands of runners expected to participate in the nine-country series event.

First beginning back in 2022, the series started with three countries: Taiwan (China), Malaysia, and Thailand; before later extending to Indonesia, Hong Kong (China), and then Japan in 2023.

This year the Garmin Run Asia Series arrives in Vietnam with more countries joining the fray, including the Philippines and Singapore for the first time.

The Garmin Run Asia Series Vietnam leg, or Longbien Garmin Run, will feature a 10km race distance for runners, while other destinations offer a variety of race distances including five km, 10km, and half marathons - catering to both casual runners and serious athletes alike.

The Garmin Run Asia Series is a running event series that takes place across various cities throughout Asia, organised by Garmin in collaboration with local partners.

The series looks to promote health and fitness, whilst also engaging the sporting community and bringing participants together through opportunities to connect with other runners as a great way to explore different locations while participating in a popular sport.
