First gold for Vietnam in SE Asian Kendo Champs
Vietnam, for the first time, has taken a gold medal at the Southeast Asian Kendo Championship held in Bangkok, Thailand.
The men’s Team A triumphed after beating Singapore A and Thailand B in the semi-final and final, respectively.
Meanwhile the men’s Team B finished third to take the bronze.
On the women’s side, Singapore A were the gold winner, followed by Thailand A.
Vietnam A and Singapore B came third.
