Chieu wins National Motorcycle Racing Championship
Pham Minh Chieu of Bac Lieu triumphed in the professional 125cc category at the National Motorcycle Racing Championship held in the southern province of Can Tho on September 3, followed by Dong Quoc Tai of HCM City and Nguyen Thanh Vu of Bac Lieu.

In the 110cc engine for amateur racers, Tu Hung Hien of Dong Thap won first prize, while second and third places went to Vo Nhat Vinh of Dong Thap and Nguyen Thanh Loc of HCM City.
The annual event, which was co-organised by the Vietnam Cycling and Motor Sports Federation and the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, drew 50 racers from teams across the country.
