Yen Bai police seize 4 bricks of heroin, 400 synthetic drug pills

Lo Van Quang, 34, residing in Mu Cang Chai town of Yen Bai Province, was caught red-handed on April 2, as he was in the process of smuggling four bricks of heroin and 400 synthetic drug pills to Mu Cang Chai town.

Quang gave an initial confession, saying he was hired to transport the drugs by an unknown man in Yen Bai province.

Police of Yen Bai Province are prosecuting the case and have remanded Quang in custody for the trafficking of heroin and synthetic drugs. The case is under further investigation.
