Water in daily life of Vietnamese people

March 22 is the United Nations World Water Day. The Vietnamese government is focusing attention on the importance of freshwater and advocating the sustainable management of freshwater resources.

Pai Lung Lake in the remote mountainous Meo Vac District in Ha Giang Province. The reservoir was built to keep fresh water for local people during the dry season.
