VOV strengthens cooperation with Israeli, Greek counterparts

In Israel, the delegation visited the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation KAN. The delegation members learned from KAN experience in developing digital contents for radio, television and online newspaper.

Leaders from both sides consented to boost exchanges of programs and reporters to introduce their countries’ culture, tourism, science and technology. Particularly, KAN showed its keen interest in exchanging music programs with VOV.

At a working session with the Greek Radio Television ERT, leaders of both sides discussed specific activities to implement the bilateral cooperative agreement signed in 2016. Accordingly, they will further accelerate exchange programs and ERT reporters will come to Vietnam to produce programs on the country’s culture and tourism.

During their stay in Israel and Greece, the delegation members called on Vietnamese Ambassador to Israel Cao Tran Quoc Hai and Ambassador to Greece Nguyen Manh Cuong.

The ambassadors appreciated VOV cooperation with international counterparts and considered it as an effective external channel, helping to promote mutual understanding. They said they are willing to support VOV reporters while working in the two countries.
