VOV moves to ramp up co-operation activities with Radio National Argentina
VOV.VN - Practical and effective co-operation ties between Radio National Argentina (RNA) and the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) have significantly contributed to introducing the scenic landscapes and people of both countries on each broadcaster’s programmes, has said Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina Duong Quoc Thanh.
Ambassador Thanh made the statement during a reception for Alejandro Pont Lezica, director of RNA, held on November 17 at the headquarters of the Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina.
The Vietnamese diplomat noted that radio shows from the two national radio stations have gone on to receive a warm and positive reception from audiences in both countries.
At the event, Ambassador Thanh joined with Lezica to agree the effective implementation of the contents of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the near future, whilst pledging to continue co-ordinating to produce joint radio exchange programmes titled "Argentina Saluda a Vietnam" and "Vietnam saluda a Argentina", known as "Argentina greets Vietnam" and "Vietnam greets Argentina".
Both sides also consented to further step up co-operation in economic, trade, and investment fields whilst intensifying the introduction of cultural heritages, music, cuisine, and people of each country through the official websites of RNA and VOV in an effort to increase mutual understanding between citizens of the two countries.
Furthermore, the two national broadcasters also plan to strengthen the exchange of experts in addition to stronger cooperation to produce joint radio shows in the future.
