Viettel named best workplace in Asia for third consecutive year
VOV.VN - The Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) has been honoured with HR Asia’s “Best companies to work for in Asia 2023” Award, according to the latest announcement made by the magazine.
This is the third year in a row that it has picked up the award.
According to the survey, Viettel has shown breakthroughs in promoting human resource management policies that mark its success in the fields of research, product, and service provision.
Furthermore, the telecommunications company has also created equal opportunities for all employees, trusted them, and empowered them to be representatives and leaders of the group globally.
HR Asia’s survey is based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model - T.E.A.M and features a set of strict criteria, including CORE (collective organization for real engagement), SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul), and GROUP (Think, Feel, Do). In particular, CORE assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership, and agile initiatives; SELF assesses the level of cohesion, pride, and emotion at work; and GROUP measures the level of co-operation of members with their businesses.
The award covers a total of 13 markets across the region, making it the largest recognition programme and survey throughout the region for employee engagement.
