Viettel attends Mobile World Congress 2018

VOV.VN - The Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel)'s pavilion at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 taking place in Barcelona, Spain on February 26 - March 1 has drawn a large number of visitors and partners.

This is the fourth year Viettel has participated in such event.

The Viettel pavilion featuring a conical hat stands out at the MWC 2018.

The Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Hong Hai visit the pavilion after the opening ceremony.

Many international communications partners visit the Vietnamese pavilion crowding four work tables on the opening day.

Viettel introduces technological solutions for telecommunications and security to approach customers in developing countries, particularly those from Latin America and Africa.

Vietel aims to approach new customers and seek suppliers of high quality services at reasonable prices to reduce investment and production costs in Vietnam and foreign markets such as Laos, Cambodia, Mozambique, Myanmar and Peru.

Viettel Deputy General Director Tao Duc Thang briefs Deputy Minister Hai on the company’s goals.

Businesses from Latin America show their keen interest in Viettel solutions.

International communications are impressed by the conical hat, Ao Dai and decoration style of the strong technological group from a Southeast Asian country.


Mr Thang introduces technologies that Viettel is applying in Myanmar, Peru and Cameroon.
