Vietnamese students win five medals at 2025 World Young Physicist Olympiad

VOV.VN - Five Vietnamese students excelled at the World Young Physicist Olympiad (WYPO), recently held in Indonesia, securing two silver and three bronze medals.

The competition, organized by the Indonesian STEM OCSO Organization, encourages secondary school students to explore scientific thinking, experimental research, and practical applications of physics.

This year’s Olympiad brought together participants from countries including Indonesia, Bolivia, Turkmenistan, the Philippines, Thailand, Venezuela, Bangladesh, Romania, and Vietnam.

Vietnamese students competed in the Level A category for grades 7-9, with all five participants winning medals.
