Vietnam wins bronze for Best Pavilion Team at EXPO 2025 Osaka
VOV.VN - The Vietnam Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, has been awarded the bronze prize in the Best Pavilion Team category, recognising the outstanding performance and dedication of its staff.

The award was announced during the World Expolympics ceremony, hosted by the Experiential Design Authority of Japan on September 23, which honours the most exceptional and innovative pavilions at the world exposition.
The jury, comprising 32 international experts across various fields, evaluated pavilions through unannounced visits, ensuring an objective assessment of team performance, visitor engagement, and overall impact. The US Pavilion took home the gold prize, while the Czech Republic earned silver.
Operated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Pavilion has welcomed nearly 1.5 million visitors over the past five months. Its vibrant mix of cultural showcases and interactive experiences has made it one of the most engaging stops at the Expo.

Highlights included daily performances of Hue royal court music, open-air cultural displays, and a special Ao Dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) fashion show featuring both Vietnamese staff and international representatives.
To mark major Vietnamese holidays such as Reunification Day (April 30), National Day (September 2), and President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19), large-format videos were projected on the pavilion’s exterior, showcasing Vietnam’s rich history and cultural heritage.
Through both onsite activities and digital platforms, the Vietnam Pavilion has effectively promoted the country’s image and left a lasting impression on international visitors.
EXPO 2025, themed around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), is taking place from April 13 to October 13, bringing together countries and organizations from around the world in a celebration of innovation, culture, and sustainability.
