Vietnam to take centre stage at BKR Asia-Pacific Technology Conference 2026

VOV.VN - Vietnam’s digital future will take centre stage at the BKR Asia-Pacific Technology Conference 2026, a regional gathering focused on how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are reshaping business across Asia-Pacific.

The conference, slated for June 1 at Sofitel Saigon Plaza, Ho Chi Minh City, will bring together business leaders, technology experts and professional services firms from across the region.

The event will focus on five major themes driving transformation in the Asia-Pacific region, namely artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, data analytics, risk management, and technology regulation.

Featured speakers include Global Speaking Fellow Jerome Joseph, cybersecurity specialist Vivek Gupta and digital transformation experts from across the Asia-Pacific region.

Designed as a practical, action-oriented event, the conference aims to help accounting firms, consultants and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) apply technology to improve efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity and enhance client services. Discussions will focus on real-world AI applications, governance strategies and digital transformation models that businesses can implement immediately, while speakers share firsthand experience in deploying AI tools and managing cybersecurity risks.

The conference also reflects Vietnam’s growing role as a regional hub for innovation and business collaboration. As Ho Chi Minh City continues to attract investment and technology firms, the event is expected to encourage discussions on how Vietnamese businesses can compete more effectively at regional and global levels.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore how businesses are using AI to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making and enhance customer service. Discussions will also address the rising importance of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance as companies expand operations in an increasingly connected digital economy.

In addition to expert-led sessions, the conference will provide networking and collaboration opportunities for business owners, consultants and technology leaders. According to organisers, informal discussions on the sidelines of the event often lead to long-term partnerships, new ideas and future business opportunities.
