Vietnam recognises Belgian Consul General to Hanoi
Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung on November 10 handed over a certificate recognising the Belgian Consul General to Hanoi to Jehanne Roccas, Belgian Ambassador to Vietnam.

He pledged that his ministry is ready to cooperate with and support the Belgian diplomat in performing her tasks in Vietnam.
For her part, Jehanne Roccas said she will do her utmost to promote the two nations’ relationship in all fields.
