Vietnam, one of 5 countries with most developed acupuncture
(VOV) -A recent scientific conference held in Moscow introduced Vietnam’s acupuncture and massage, the quintessence of the global medical sector.
Health Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Tien said that the World Health Organization (WHO) has considered Vietnam one of the five countries in the world having the most developed acupuncture and traditional medicine.
Minister Tien highlighted the conference as a good opportunity for Vietnam to introduce to the world its achievements in traditional medical treatments, especially by using acupuncture.
This activity will also help tighten the fine bond between people of Hanoi and Moscow to rapidly implement agreements and a memorandum of understanding in the health sector, she said.
