Vietnam handicrafts impress visitors at Turkey charity fair

VOV.VN - The Vietnamese embassy, more than 40 other foreign representative offices in Turkey, and domestic organizations and businesses joined a charity fair in Ankara on November 26.

The annual event organized by the Turkish Ministry Foreign Affairs aims to raise funds for unprivileged children.

The Vietnamese pavilion showcasing traditional handicrafts such as brocade and bamboo products, conical hats, Dong Ho folk paintings lacquer paintings and water puppets drew great attention of visitors. Guests at the event also loved traditional Vietnamese dishes.

The cultural exchange helped boost close ties between the embassy and the resident country and promote Vietnamese culture to Turkish and other international friends.
