US embassy to hold higher education fair in Hanoi this week

The US Embassy in Hanoi’s EducationUSA Advising Center will host the free EducationUSA Higher Education Spring Fair this week.

More than 60 US universities and colleges will meet with interested students and parents to provide information including application procedures, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities for international students.

At the fair, the US Embassy’s Consular Section will provide an information session on US student visas for the public, the US Embassy in Hanoi said in a press release on February 27.

The embassy will also set up booths to supply updates on the American Center and US government scholarship programs available to Vietnamese students, scholars and professionals.

The EducationUSA Higher Education Spring Fair will take place at Hanoi Daewoo Hotel from 14:30 pm on March 3.

EducationUSA is a network supported by the US Department of State inclusive of over 400 advising centers around the world.

EducationUSA advisors provide Vietnamese students and parents with accurate, comprehensive, and current information about how to apply to accredited U.S. colleges and universities.

All consultations are free.
