Udon Thani enhances capabilities of young entrepreneurs with YEC training

The Udon Thani Chamber of Commerce has launched the 2018 Young Entrepreneurs Udon Thani Chamber of Commerce (YEC) training project to enhance the business sector with a national network of young business operators.

The Udon Thani Governor, Wattana Puttichat, presided over the opening ceremony of the YEC training project at Charoen Hotel in the northeastern province. A total of 112 young entrepreneurs less than 40 years old participated in a workshop aimed at enhancing the capabilities of businessmen and chamber executives.

The training will also provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to exchange their experiences, observe the work of the Chamber of Commerce, and to learn from successful business persons.

The training workshop was arranged by the YEC, chaired by Napatsak Pornpannukul. Mr. Napatsak said on Sunday (June 3rd) the training workshop was initiated in 2011 and this one is the 4th workshop, making YEC Udon Thani the largest YEC group in Thailand with 885 members.

He said the event allows young entrepreneurs to learn from various real cases while being mentored by experienced business operators, exploring new markets, and establishing connections with other businesses.
