Tay Ninh's border guards arrest nine people for illegal exit attempts

Border guards in the southwestern province of Tay Ninh have arrested nine people who were planning to illegally cross the border to enter Cambodia.

Of those, four men were captured on July 6 in Long Cuong hamlet, Long Khanh commune, Ben Cau district.

The five others, including a woman, were arrested a day later when they were attempting to illegally cross the border in Phuoc Thuan hamlet, Phuoc Chi commune, Trang Bang township.

The arrestees confessed that they had planned to come to Cambodia to find jobs.

Authorities are conducting further legal procedures to deal with the cases.
