VOV.VN - Ambassadors of Canada, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland to Vietnam have delivered a special Tet (Lunar New Year) message during a recent fact-finding visit to disavantaged students at Nguyen Dinh Chieu Primary and Secondary School, Hanoi.
