About 5 minutes after the explosion, many employees of the restaurant rushed downstairs and were taken to medical centres, a witness said. According to Tuyen, at least three people were in critical condition and were transferred to a hospital for intensive treatment. Many refillable gas cylinders of different sizes were brought out of the restaurants selling fired chicken Firefighters were deployed to put out the blaze. Rescue workers managed to move about 10 refillable gas cylinders out of the building. Relevant agencies are launching an investigation into the cause of the explosion.
