Seven wanted Chinese nationals arrested for gambling in Quang Ninh

VOV.VN - The police of Mong Cai city in the northern border province of Quang Ninh have arrested seven Chinese nationals hunted by Chinese police for organising illegal online gambling activities.

According to initial information, the suspects had entered Vietnam illegally and then rented a house in Mong Cai city to gamble and organise gambling on Chinese websites.

Tipped off by local people, the police raided the house and seized 21 laptops and 40 mobile phones.

They are now working with the police of China’s Dongxing city, Guangxi province, to investigate the case further.
