Seminar talks “Skills to Succeed” for youngsters
The “Skills to Succeed” project– an initiative launched by the Save the Children organisation - was featured at a seminar in the central city of Danang on April 18, with a view to better equipping youngsters aged 15-24 with necessary skills before entering the job market.
In Vietnam, the project brought support to over 2,000 young individuals in Danang and Can Tho in 2014-2015, over 70% of them landed jobs or had their own businesses.
Nearly 50,000 in Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam have benefited from the programme.
