Scaffolding collapse kills two workers in HMC City
VOV.VN - Two construction workers were killed when scaffolding suddenly collapsed on September 11 as they were working on the 10th floor of a trade centre and apartment building in HCM City.

The two victims were identified as Ha Van Khoa, 58, from Vinh Phuc province and Nguyen Thi Quang, 59, from TraVinh province.
As soon as the alarm was raised, local police rushed to the scene to work with investors and executive units to conduct further investigations into the incident.
Saigon House Co, Ltd is the main investor of the project, while Khai Gia Minh Joint Stock Company is the executing agency of the 17-storey building. With an area of 45,000 square metres, the building has two basements and is expected to be completed by March 2019.
